| White Industries offers castings that are produced
in both Clay Bonded (Greensand) and Chemically Bonded Sands. This
caters for a diverse range of jobbing type work and through to high
volume production. The primary moulding facility is a BMD (Badische
Masschinefabrik Durlach Gmbh) Dynamatic Automatic Moulding line,
manufactured in Germany by one of the world leaders in foundry technology.
The flask size has internal dimensions of 1000mm x 800 mm x 250/250mm
- we would be pleased to discuss your product sizing and requirements
to establish if it is appropriate for our Flask. Production rating
of this plant is 50 moulds per hour.
In addition to the high volume customer,
catered for by the BMD, we also operate a series of "Jolt Squeeze" Greensand
Moulding machines to cater for the smaller volume customer.
Also catering to the chemically bonded sand market, we operate
3 Ribbon Flow Mixers in 2 separate loops for large and small jobs
alike.
Our Non Ferrous facility caters for customers' requirements with
moulds made in both green and chemically bonded sands.
